What kind of show at SandCastle?

SandCastle currently presents new show "DREAM" that has been the most popular show at SandCastle history since it opened. Two girls take you to "dream" world with large illusions by world famous magician and dynamic acrobats. SandCastle also renewed whole stage and showroom and you can experience the new world with your five senses by dynamic and gorgeous show.
It will be upgraded with new arrangements to "DREAM 2" in 2010.

Any problems with kids?

Not at all. It is not a production for children, but world class show, Even though children can enjoy illusions with live animals like a white tiger. All generation can enjoy it.

Can persons who don't understand English enjoy the show?

Yes.
As the show has no words, all nationalities and all generation can enjoy it.

How long does the show run?

About 70 minutes,
Customer with Dinner Plan enjoy the show after having gourmet dinner.

I have seen the show before at SandCastle. Any changes?

We renew whole show every couple years. As we also change some part of the show almost every month. You can enjoy it even though you came to see it last year.

I have seen SandCastle show in Saipan. The show in Guam is the same as in Saipan?

No.
We have totally different show on Guam from the theater in Saipan. You can enjoy both.

Any Special events?

We have Countdown special show on December 31.
You can experience American style countdown party to New Year with SandCastle performers.

Any Dress Code in showroom?

No. Casual dresses is OK except beach wear and beach sandals.
We recommend you to bring a jacket in air-conditioned showroom,

Can we take photo or video in showroom?

We don't allow guests to take photo and video during the show as safety and copyrights.
You can take before and after the show time like dinner time.
We take your photo with our performer as a souvenir. We recommend you to purchase it as your beautiful memory on Guam.

What is the showroom capacity?

It has 500 seats and the largest dinner theater on Guam.

How can we know our seat number?

We assign your seats by packages you buy.
As we have several categoris of seats, you can choose by your budget and purpose.
All seats have good view for seeing the show.

Do we share the table with other guests?

It might happen on busy nights. You can have an exclusive seats with choosing VIP packages.

What is the seating for group?

Our tables can have 4 to 8 pax each.
If you have more than 8 pax, we prepare more than two tables closed to each other.

What is VIP Plan seats?

We provides seats in the center of showroom, that is the best area.
You can also have an exclusive seats with purchasing two or more persons.

What are included in Dinner Packages?

Deluxe Dinner Plan and VIP Dinner Plan include four course dinner, transportation and show admission, but no drink included.
Casual Dinner Plan includes casual dinner and show admission, but no drink and no transportation included.

What is the dinner menu?

Deluxe Dinner Plan and VIP Dinner Plan menu is four course gourmet dinner, including soup, salad, main dish and dessert. You have choice of Steak, Lobster and Healthy Vegetable for main dish.
Casual Dinner Plan menu is casual three course menu, including soup, main dish and dessert. You have choice of Hamburger and Pasta for main dish.

Do we need to order main dish in advance?

No. You can choose when you have seats in showroom.

Can you arrange for persons with food allergy?

Yes. We will try as possible as we can.

Do you have kids menu?

Yes. We have kids menu for children with child price. (2 - 11 years old)
Kids menu includes soup, main dish, dessert and soft drink.
Choice of main dish is Hamburger, Fried Chicken, Pasta and Macaroni & Cheese.

What is drink for dinner plan?

Dinner packages includes coffee or tea only.
You can order other drinks in our various selections with additional charges.

What do show only plans include?

Deluxe Show Only Plan and VIP Show Only Plan include one drink, transportation and show admission.
Casual Show Only Plan include no drink and no transportation.

What kind of drink can we order with drink coupons?

You can order American beer, a glass of wine, soft drink and so on.

In principle, you don't need to pay it.
We will add 15% service charge on additional orders.

What does "Planet Hollywood & Sandcastle" package include?

You will have three course dinner at Planet Hollywood restaurant in DFS Galleria across to SandCastle. After the dining, you enjoy the show at SandCastle theater.

Do you have any age code?

No. You can enjoy with whole family.

Who is for child price?

Children with 2 to 11 years old. Free admission for children under two.

Do you have kids menu?

Yes. We have kids menu for children with child price. (2 - 11 years old) Kids menu includes soup, main dish, dessert and soft drink.
Choice of main dish is Hamburger, Fried Chicken, Pasta and Macaroni & Cheese.

Can we see show only in early time?

We have show only package and you can choose 1st show (7:30pm - 8:40pm) or 2nd show (9:30pm - 10:40pm) Seats of show only in the 1st show is limited. We recommend you to make reservations in advance.

Any seats for infant available?

We don't have guarantee to infant without payment.
If you need a seat for infant, we recommend you to pay child price for it.

Do you have any recommended plans for wedding?

SandCastle is the best place for your celebrations of special day.
We have a plan with private room for dinner.
We also recommend VIP Plan and Dream Plan to wedding guests.

Can you arrange anything special for wedding?

We can arrange specials like cake, flowers, photos and so on. Please call us.

What is the seating for group?

Our tables can have 4 to 8 pax each.

Is transportation from hotels available?

Yes. We have free transportation services from/to hotels in Tumon and Agana area.
It is available except Casual Plans.

How can Casual Plan guests go to SandCastle?

Casual plans don't include transportation.
However, SandCastle locates in the center of Tumon, and many access are available from hotels.
It also locates across to DFS Galleria.
You can use Guam Trolley or DFS shopping shuttle to our area.
Some hotels like Hyatt, Outrigger, Reef and Guam Plaza are in the walking distance from SandCastle.
